Mrluck accepts a range of local payment methods including FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and bank transfer. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The minimum deposit is RM10 for most payment methods.
Fund withdrawals are processed within an average of 5 to 15 minutes for fully verified accounts. First-time withdrawals from new accounts may take slightly longer due to additional security checks carried out to protect members.
Mrluck reserves the right to hold or delay withdrawals for investigation purposes if suspicious activity is detected or if bonus requirements have not been met. In such cases, our team will contact you within 24 hours to inform you of your withdrawal request status.
Important: mrluck is not responsible for any processing delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. If a delay exceeds 30 minutes after a withdrawal has been approved, please contact our support team.

If your account is closed for any of the above reasons, any balance linked to fraudulent activity may be forfeited. For voluntary account closures requested by the member, all valid cash balances will be processed for withdrawal within 5 business days.
Members who close their account for responsible gambling reasons may apply to reopen it after a minimum period of 6 months, subject to review and approval by the mrluck team.
